Refund & Replacement Policy

Seeds are sold as souvenirs, and collectibles only. Every seed on this site contains less than 0.3% THC and are considered hemp seeds by law. It is imperative that you check your state and local laws before attempting to purchase seeds; we are not liable for what you do with seeds after receiving them. Twisted Collectables reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

We replace seeds that have failed to germinate to customers in eligible states, but we ask that you use the recommended germination method.

Customers in the following states are not eligible for replacements : Idaho; Wyoming; Kansas, South Carolina; Wisconsin, Iowa, Indiana, Kentucky, Tennessee; Georgia; Texas; North Carolina; Nebraska.

Always buy 10% more seeds than you plan to grow. A 90% germination rate is reasonable and expected, and we will not replace seeds if your germination rate was greater than 89%. 

Please submit germination issues within 60 days of purchase. 

Replacements will be issued in the form of a store credit and are calculated based on the price of the seeds at the time of purchase.

We do our best at Twisted Collectables to ensure successful germination and delivery of your orders. Germination and other issues can and do happen, and we are here to help in any way we can. We only work with breeders who stand behind their product, and whom we trust, so if a genuine issue occurs, we are happy to replace the seeds for you. As of 06/02/2022 all replacements will come in the form of a gift card to our site so you can pick out exactly what you would like. Replacement credits are calculated based on the price of the seed(s) at time of purchase.

We do not process refunds. All sales are final.

Breeders do require that you follow breeder protocol to qualify for a replacement should an issue arise. Germination is a very delicate process and can easily go wrong at no fault of the seed or the breeder. It’s advised to buy and germinate 10% more seeds than you want to grow. This margin of error is within the realm of what we feel is reasonable to expect for germination rates. We do ask and expect you to be reasonable and fair. If you are consistently having germination issues across a wide range of breeders and strains, it is almost certainly not the seed’s fault, and we reserve the right to make that judgment call. 

We also ask that you contact us within 60 days of purchase if an issue arises. Breeder’s only give us so much time to report back issues. Over 60 days and they are unwilling to accept replacement requests. In large part, this is because we have no control over the environment or conditions the seeds are stored in after they leave our facility. We keep seeds stored correctly for maximum germination potential, but with no way of knowing what they’ve been exposed to outside of our facility, we cannot honor germination replacements over a certain period of time. We hope you understand. We certainly try to be as fair and reasonable as possible, and your satisfaction, as a customer, is truly of utmost importance to us.
